About Us

We are glad you are here! Victory is a local church and community of faith where all are welcome. Learn more about us below.

We are here to help people learn how to Be with Jesus, Become like Jesus, and Do what Jesus did.

Why We Exist

We exist to help you follow Jesus. Plain and simple. This does not mean just casual church attendance, but a life deeply changed and re-arranged around the way of Jesus of the Bible. The invitation of Jesus is to follow him. We have found this looks like three main emphasis's: Being with Jesus, Becoming Like Jesus, and Doing what Jesus did. Our church exists as a community gathered around these goals, to follow Jesus more deeply together. We hope that you will join us on this journey.

Leadership

Senior Pastor

Victory Assembly of God is led by Pastor Ralph Siegel along with his wife Maria. Together, they founded Victory in March of 1989 to reach the people of the South Jersey area. Their strategy for this has always been simple: To love people with the love of Jesus and to act out that love in tangible ways. Pastor Ralph is a Jewish Believer and loves the Hebrew language and culture. His rich appreciation for the Old Testament and the roots of our Christian faith is a blessing to all.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your weekend services like?

Each weekend at Victory you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. You can come as you are, no matter what stage or age of life you find yourself in. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled VKids service.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

What do I wear to attend your service?

Come in what is comfortable for you, because gathering with others and meeting God is not about what you look like or what you wear. Victory hosts a wide range of dress from shorts to suits. All are welcome here!

Where are you located on Sunday mornings?

Victory meets at 258 Landis Ave, Bridgeton, NJ 08302. We are currently renting the big white church on the corner! We have plenty of parking available each week.

Do you have a midweek service?

We currently do not have a midweek service, however, small groups meet weekly throughout our community. Our student ministry VYG Students currently meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-9:00pm.

What about my children?

At Victory, your children are a top priority. Our nursery is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children’s ministry called VKids as well as a life-changing ministry for students 6-12th grade called VYG Students.

How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. Small groups are a great way to connect. Another way to meet others and build relationships is by serving on a Dream Team. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

Why should I trust you with my money?

Believers who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. Our church is overseen by an elected board, which monitors spending, receiving, and safe-keeping of all donations. If you ever have any questions regarding your donations, feel free to contact our Church Administrator - Marie Campbell @mariec@victoryaog.org
